Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax prep and advisory at new TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will work with clients in person and virtually, handling personal and business returns, deductions, and planning while coordinating with a team of specialists. This role emphasizes community engagement, local growth, and applying Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with strong tax prep exp.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years on 1040 federal/state returns with professional software; Circular 230 knowledge.
• Upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite at TurboTax office; 20 hrs/week; 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Complete required training and development.
• Uniforms required; may be used for advertising.
• Interest in local community presence and marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Holistic tax advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and via tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end service.
