Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person and virtual clients, helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

You will grow the local client base, partner with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and ensure a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll advisory.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office for 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete compliance and training.
• Willing to wear company uniform.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax returns.
• Work with business, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local client base through events and community outreach.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
