Job summary

Intuit invites qualified professionals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of specialists. You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and deliver end-to-end tax solutions with marketing and training support from Intuit.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney credentials preferred and PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Deliver holistic tax strategies, deductions optimization, and amendments with clear, personalized explanations.
• Engage as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
