Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax return preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and to grow the local client base through community outreach.

You will guide clients through complex tax scenarios, leverage Intuit tools, and collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure year‑round support and a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the broader Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
