Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for individuals and small businesses. You will connect clients with a broader team offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, ensuring a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service in-person and through Intuit tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Drive local growth by attracting new clients and building community relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Engage in local events and networking to increase brand presence and client loyalty.
• Deliver high-quality customer experience in-person and via video tools.
