Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will contribute to growing the local client base, collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, and deliver end-to-end Intuit service with a community-minded presence.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service areas with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location during standard hours.
• Willing to complete required trainings and wear company uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local customer base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Create a top-tier customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
