Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage clients in person and virtually, and collaborate with a broad team to address complex scenarios across personal and business taxes.

You will grow your local client base, nurture relationships, and use Intuit tools to create a seamless end-to-end customer experience that supports ongoing prosperity for clients and community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes; willingness to upskill into additional service areas.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location; 20+ hours weekly; training and uniforms provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow the local client base and build long-term relationships within the community.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax advisory across services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
