Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax prep and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team, serve in-person and virtual clients, and help guide clients through complex tax scenarios. Responsibilities include delivering hands-on tax advice, expanding the local client base, and coordinating with the broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Experience with tax preparation software and willingness to upskill in advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding client financials and needs.
• Deliver exceptional, professional customer service in person and virtually.
