Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and help customers maximize refunds while building your local business footprint.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and professional development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be photographed for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Lead local community outreach and events to grow a local client base.
• Act as local face of TurboTax and network with community partners.
• Promote Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
