Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Proficiency with professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and prepare TurboTax client returns.
• Identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and advise on future planning.
• Collaborate with specialists (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to deliver end-to-end service.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
