Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. The role combines tax expertise with community engagement to serve local clients and grow the TurboTax network.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients plan for the future while representing Intuit as the local face of TurboTax. This onsite position offers opportunities to expand services and collaborate with marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning advice.
• Build a local customer base through outreach, events, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Guide clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
