Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, guide customers, and help them achieve positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit's mission.

You will build local demand through outreach, host community events, and connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This role requires onsite work, standard business hours, and a client‑facing mindset.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with pro software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office during 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex cases.
• Build a local customer base through outreach, grass-roots marketing and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide linking clients to Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and help clients plan financially for the future.
