Job summary

Intuit is hiring year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. As a Local Service Expert you will provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple returns to more complex situations.

You will act as a community ambassador, build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, and connect clients to Intuit solutions beyond tax prep.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Open to upskilling into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a local face of TurboTax and connect clients to Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in person and via digital tools.
