Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation services, while actively building a local customer base and representing Intuit in community events.

Roles emphasize a strong tax background, on-site work at a TurboTax office, and collaboration with marketing tools to grow local reach and ensure a superior client experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• Willingness to upskill into more complex services
• Comfortable working onsite 8am–5pm, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/wk
• Willingness to training and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate tax solutions
• Act as a community ambassador to build a local customer base and be the local face of TurboTax
• Organize local events and partnerships to create opportunities for customer engagement
