Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in multiple TurboTax locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes with Intuit’s resources.

As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will build a local client base, organize community events, and showcase the full Intuit ecosystem to address clients' complete

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040 federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• On-site at TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Training and development as required by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Provide future tax planning advice to clients.
• Build local customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as the local face of TurboTax and convert prospects to clients.
• Organize community events and workshops with marketing support.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and assist with inquiries.
• Interact in-person and via Intuit video tools.
