Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete returns, and help clients maximize refunds while guiding them to comprehensive Intuit solutions.

This role emphasizes community outreach, local growth, and a trusted advisory presence. You will build relationships with clients, organize local events, and work onsite, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Organize and lead local events and community outreach to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and guide clients to Intuit solutions for year-round support.
