Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in one of our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to both in-person and virtual clients, while also acting as a local community ambassador.

Beyond tax prep, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships, and connect clients with complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping,

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types.
• Must be able to work onsite 8:00–17:00 Mon–Fri for at least 20 hours/week.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Bridge clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Develop strong client relationships to turn one-time transactions into multi-year engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
