Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, delivering a seamless, end-to-end experience for clients. You will grow the local client base, act as the local face of TurboTax, and participate in community events while ensuring high-quality service and ongoing relationship

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 1040 federal/state returns with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time; hours may scale during tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex returns.
• Grow local customer base; act as a community ambassador and drive referrals.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
