Intuit, Inc. is seeking qualified TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver expert tax advice, file personal and business returns, and coordinate with a team of specialists to provide a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience. This role emphasizes local community growth, client relationships, and year‑round support using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per tax season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios
• Lead local outreach, build a new client base, and organize community events with TurboTax marketing support
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through tax-related challenges
