Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, tailoring solutions to each personal and business situation.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services, and grow the local client base while participating in community events.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season with professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build a local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
