Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You work on-site providing full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person meetings and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Active credentials (EA, CPA, or Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active and allowed to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience preparing 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Willing to upsell into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location and follow uniform policy.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Serve as local community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Collaborate with tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning teams for end-to-end service.
• Build long-term relationships and ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Support both in-person and virtual clients using Intuit tools.
