Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit’s ecosystem in on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, support complex scenarios, and drive local client growth while providing a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience for personal and business tax needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years, 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and optimize deductions.
• Lead local growth by outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with experts for end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience.
