Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow a local client base at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work on-site with a team of financial experts, delivering end-to-end services and connecting clients to Intuit's ecosystem, including bookkeeping and payroll, while building lasting relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and professional service.
• Represent TurboTax locally and online, building long-term relationships.
