Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide comprehensive tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Min 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at TurboTax location and available 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and tax planning.
• Engage in community outreach to grow local TurboTax client base.
• Coordinate with teams offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
