Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States, providing on-site tax preparation and expert advice. You will collaborate with a team of tax professionals and connect clients with related Intuit services to deliver a comprehensive, year‑round experience.

You’ll build local relationships, educate the community on tax issues, and grow the TurboTax client base while delivering high‑quality service in person and via digital tools.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex cases.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community outreach and local partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists for business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
