Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice in a local TurboTax location. You will engage with in-person and virtual clients, uncover deductions, and deliver tailored tax solutions while building a local client base.

You will collaborate with a team across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a comprehensive Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete required training, including compliance and up-skilling.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Develop local growth by outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with team to ensure seamless end-to-end service.
