You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with a broader team to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients. Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent) with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Experience using professional tax software and CRM tools.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to address complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a best-in-class experience.
