Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full‑service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while connecting clients to a broader team of specialists for comprehensive financial services.

You will grow the local client base, foster long‑term relationships, and participate in community outreach, delivering end‑to‑end Intuit experiences with a client‑centered mindset.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Drive local growth by building a client base and relationships in the community.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Ensure a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
