Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert advice, and coordinate with a team of specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll and planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships and loyalty, while ensuring

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software; Cir. 230 familiarity helpful.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm, weekdays.
• Must complete required training and adhere to compliance requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local/community presence; marketing materials help.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax prep services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead local growth through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, etc.
• Build lasting client relationships and ensure end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and virtually.
