Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete preparation, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow a local client base, host community events, and help customers achieve financial outcomes. The role is on-site, with training and marketing support, and offers a strong pay-for-performance structure.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes is required by law.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and building local relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as appropriate.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual channels.
