You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advisory services, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem to drive year-round prosperity for communities. Formación

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN active and in good standing to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season with professional software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and relationship-building.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
