Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will be the connective tissue between clients and the broader Intuit ecosystem, helping with personal and business taxes, planning, and referrals to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services, all while growing the local client base and delivering a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex personal and business tax situations.
• Facilitate deductions optimization, amendments, and future tax planning using government resources and team expertise.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
