Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with a broader team to deliver end-to-end service.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community while leveraging Intuit resources for training and marketing support. This on-site role offers flexible hours and a strong compensation framework.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours per week (8:00–17:00).
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, acting as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure end-to-end tax service and client satisfaction.
