Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Experience handling personal and business tax returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on on-site tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients through complex tax scenarios.
