Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new TurboTax locations across the United States. On-site with in-person and virtual clients, you’ll provide full-service tax returns, solid tax guidance, and software support.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, grow your local client base, and collaborate across the Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end service. This role emphasizes customer-centric tax advisory and a hands-on, neighborly approach.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax return filing experience (40+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Must complete mandatory training and wear uniforms as required.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for community impact.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and act as a community ambassador.
• Bridge clients with the Intuit ecosystem for tax and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing tools and local events to drive engagement.
