Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering expert tax advice and full preparation services while coordinating with our team of specialists for a complete client solution.

You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community through events, and leverage marketing tools to build lasting relationships that support year-round prosperity for clients and the business.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types such as bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured in marketing materials.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to drive loyalty.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial advisory to deliver seamless end-to-end service.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding each client’s complete financial picture.
