Intuit, Inc. is seeking self-motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, providing on-site tax preparation, expert advice, and software support at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-endIntuit experiences for personal and business taxes. You will build a local client base, participate in community events, and expand TurboTax services through referrals, workshops, and partnerships, while aligning with

Qualificações

EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsabilidades

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem by connecting them with bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
