Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation at a local TurboTax location.

You will work with a collaborative team, addressing personal and business tax scenarios and expanding local client relationships through community outreach. You will act as a bridge to the wider Intuit ecosystem, guiding clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
