Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

You will work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing expert tax preparation and personalized guidance to individuals and small businesses, while collaborating with a broader network of tax and advisory specialists. You will build lasting relationships with clients, expand the local client base, and leverage Intuit marketing tools to promote services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax preparation exp and tax law knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state forms) per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week; hours may scale up during peak tax season.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by business; uniforms and advertising usage may be demanded.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships with clients to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and video interactions.
