Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted guide, helping clients with personal and business returns while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will also act as a community ambassador, growing the local client base and fostering relationships through outreach, events, and partnerships.

Formación

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, with typical 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must complete required training and development as directed by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and consent to use of name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan future taxes.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience using Intuit tools and resources.
