Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice to personal and business clients.

You will connect clients with a broader team of specialists, driving end-to-end solutions and local growth through community outreach. You will collaborate with tax and advisory professionals, help clients navigate complex tax needs, and support marketing and growth initiatives

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events
• Link clients to Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and assist clients in person and virtually
