Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

This role emphasizes community engagement, attracting new clients, and building long-term relationships with marketing support and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with new prospects to convert them into long‑term clients.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers; assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience through professional conduct, empathy, and clear communication.
