Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing a local client base and fostering long-term relationships.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of financial professionals, representing TurboTax in the community and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete return preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to optimize deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and help clients meet financial goals while using Intuit tools.
