Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, helping customers with tax needs and providing full-service tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You will grow the local client base, build trust in the community, and collaborate with marketing to attract new clients while delivering an exceptional in-person customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related state licenses or permits.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation for 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite in TurboTax retail/flagship location—20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.
• Strong customer-focused communication.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Lead local marketing and outreach to grow the client base.
• Deliver exceptional in-person customer experiences and support.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization for clients.
• Engage with clients to build long-term relationships.
