Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios while building local relationships.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with the community, grow the client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and resources to deliver a superior customer experience.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns preparation (30+ 1040s) per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20 hrs/week minimum.
• Willing to build local community presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
