Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dynamic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help customers use TurboTax while building local relationships.

The role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and a local client base growth mindset, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN for filing taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, including Sundays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with local prospects and converting them into long‑term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, covering personal and small business taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and trust, both in person and via Intuit tools.

Skills
