Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while growing Intuit's client base in local communities.

You’ll engage customers face-to-face, leverage marketing support, and help build lasting relationships. A flexible, part-time schedule with weekend availability is common in this role.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location.
• Ability to build local client base and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to identify deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
