Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor helping customers with tax returns and software, providing personalized guidance and building relationships in the local community. This non-exempt, on-site role requires 20+ hours per week, including Sundays through Saturdays, with a base pay in California of $32.50–$36.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit tools.
