Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice to in-person customers, leveraging tax software to deliver accurate solutions while building local relationships.

You’ll grow the client base through community outreach, participate in local marketing, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Minimum 3 years with 30+ federal/state returns filed.
• Onsite retail role, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach.
• Lead discovery sessions to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail setting.
