Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while helping grow the local client base and fostering long-term relationships. You’ll operate in a front-facing retail environment, wear a TurboTax uniform, and collaborate with marketing resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Lead and participate with TurboTax marketing in local activities and events.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
